I donated blood at around 7:00 P.M. today, and I'm glad I worked up the courage to go! It really bodes well that I got through the whole process without feeling too dizzy or sick, especially since my first blood donation saw me nearly passing out at the snack table. It's a sign that I'm in good health, and that my anemia is long gone.

That aside, I promised some more information about the CLS program, and more information you shall have...under the cut, of course!

I'm sorry for maintaining such a faint presence here, but I have to write four essays (about 4,850 to 5,950 words total) by next Friday. Coincidentally, three of them are for a take-home exam that was given to us earlier today; this confirms my suspicions that my professor in that particular course is either a) confident in our abilities or b) devoid of a sense of time.

I and the other students in our World Politics class received notice from our professor today about the contents of our take-home exam due on November 6th. It consists of two essays, the first being roughly 1,300 words long and the second being roughly 1,800 words long.

I already have a 1,600-word historiographical essay due on November 5th. Assuming that I finish the outlines, bibliographies, and most of the unrelated weekend homework by Friday...

4,700 words ÷ Desire to get a decent grade ÷ 7 days = HIATUS.
